Chris set up a Property-medic.uk; a property maintenance, repairs and improvements business, having completed 22 years service as a medic in the British Army (RAMC).  Starting resettlement in 2022 and looking forward to a second career within property.    

Enjoying previous experience gained whilst developing and converting properties, in order to get a foot hold on the property ladder, this experience made an easy transition to gain a Diploma qualification in building instillation and property maintenance having completed L3 certification in the following trades:

Plumbing

Tiling

Domestic Electrical (non certified works).

Carpentry

Kitchen instillation 

Plastering

Damp-proof Treatment
