Chris set up a Property-medic.uk; a property maintenance, repairs and improvements business, having completed 22 years service as a medic in the British Army (RAMC).  Starting resettlement in 2021 and looking forward to a second career within property.

Working and gaining vast experiance, completing full wetroom/bathroom conversions for disabled adaptations with UPS Building and Maint. Repairs and maintenance with Wates Group and Liberty living. 

This and previous experience gained whilst developing and converting properties, in order to get a foot hold on the property ladder.  Made an easy transition to gain a Diploma qualification in building instillation and property maintenance; having completed L3 certification in the following trades and taking on and developing a apprenticeship scheme.
